1North Trails Hike - Blanchard, LA
Fourteen BCOS hikers (plus 3 of their furry friends) completed the 5 mile Soda Lake Loop trail at the 1North Adventure Trails park near Blanchard, LA on December 6, 2025.
The trail, despite the recent rain, was in GREAT shape, and included some nice challenging hills and beautiful views. Kudos to the Red River Waterways District for creating and maintaining such an awesome park/trail system! We had a wonderful hike and definitely plan to revisit/hike these trails frequently in the future!! Thanks to all who came out to join us this morning!
