It has been awhile … I was thinking about doing the hike up Black Fork Mtn (north of Mena, AR). I vaguely recall that there is a “shortcut,“ but I don‘t recall exactly … My memory tells me that you can park at Rich Mtn store, cross the hwy and train tracks, then hike a short distance parallel to the train tracks … and then head UP the Mtn on a old road bed. My memory also tells me that I am incredibly good looking and amazingly strong … so … uhhh … Let’s just call it a bit suspect. Does anyone happen to recall anything about this shortcut? Or maybe I just made it up??

Great job on the new site. Kudos to all involved. BUT I am concerned about one particular aspect. I can’t help but notice that Marian Howard is listed as the first member. I do note that I can change the sort order … but she is listed 1st on the default order. This is very troubling. Oh sure, I know Marian does tons of things behind the scenes … blah, blah, blah. I guess she’s not a “horrible“ person … although she has verbally assaulted me many times (and at least one of those times I probably did not deserve it). Still … Marian in 1st place???? Troubling. Very troubling.
