Thirteen BCOS members partnered with Keep Bossier Beautiful on Saturday morning June 7th to clean up Parish Camp on Lake Bistineau. We picked up plenty of styrofoam trash, empty gallon jugs, the usual beer and soft drink cans and even a rod and reel. After the cleanup, Advanced Air Conditioning provided lunch for all participants. Parish Camp is one of the only public launch areas open when Lake Bistineau is at its lowest point during drawdowns. The site has been greatly improved and plans are in the works to have BCOS outings there in the near future.
