About the event
The Sportspectrum River Cities Triathlon is Sunday, August 7th this year. BCOS members have volunteered in past events to serve as safety boats for the swim portion of the event and we could use your help again this year!
The race starts at 7:00 am this year so boats will need to be on the water at 6:45. 6:30 would be better for a few to keep the swimmers near the shore before the lake is officially closed.
