Red River Moonlight Paddle
When: Saturday, May 1, 2026 at 6:30 pm – paddles in the water at 7:00pm
Where: SPAR property beside the Sam’s Town parking garage in downtown Shreveport

What: We will paddle from under the Clyde Fant bridge to a sandbar and return.
Parking/amenities: Park and offload boats at location on the map above. Note that you can drive down close to the river's edge with a truck or SUV, but there is some debris and holes along the hill. They can be seen if you go slow and watch carefully. It is steep. If you're not comfortable, just park on the asphalt right past the gate.
