National Wildlife Celebration Day at the Red River National Wildlife Refuge - 10:00 am to 2:00 pm

Saturday, October 19 is the Red River National Wildlife Refuge Celebration

Please consider volunteering to help put visitors in kayaks and canoes on Lake Caroline (similar to what we do at the Bodcau Hunting and Fishing Day)

Will need to meet at 9:00 am at the put-in, the beach at the end of the pink trail, on Lake Caroline – you can drive your vehicle down the gravel road to the site

The RRNWR provides canoes, paddles and PFDs

The celebration starts at 10:00 am, so we will need to be ready by that time – the event ends at 2:00 pm

Each volunteer who spends the entire time helping out, will receive free lunch

This is a fun event that BCOS participates in every year – and the RRNWR greatly appreciates our assistance!
