About the event
Meet at Lake Bistineau State Park. Entrance fee does apply. Paddles in the water at 9:00am. We'll follow the 5-mile paddle trail counter clockwise. Bring water, a snack, PFD, boat and paddle.
This is a Mardi Gras themed paddle so dress you and your boat up in green, gold and purple and plan to have a great time.
The paddle leader will take a break when we get close to Plum Orchard to allow everyone to catch up. If you're not familiar with the paddle trail, this is a great opportunity to learn how to follow it. We always have a "sweep" paddler to make sure no one gets left behind. This paddle typically takes 2.5 hours. If you have any questions, please contact me.
