About the event
We will enjoy a leisurely float down the Caddo River in Caddo Valley near Arkadelphia, AR.
Meet at the Caddo River Float Drop Off near the Lake DeGray Spillway at 10:00am - location link: https://maps.app.goo.gl/yrZWVxYUyb979HY3A
OR park at the take out at Caddo River Rats Kayak & Tube Rental, 116 Valley St, Caddo Valley, AR at 9:30am - location link:

We'll plan to get on the river at 10:30am. This is a leisurely float that is suitable for tubes, paddleboards or kayaks. It is a short river run with lots of gravel bars and swimming holes along the way. With plenty of stop opportunities, expect to be on the water about four hours.
This 3-mile section of river is just south of the Lake DeGray spillway and always has some current.
