1North Adventure Trails Hike

The Commissioners and Staff of the Red River Waterway District welcome you to 1North Adventure Trails and our “Partnership with Nature”. The property is located along Hwy 1 in Blanchard, La., 7 miles north of I-49.

Planned future Master Plan phases over the next 5 years include a new entrance area with a large concrete parking lot, restrooms, picnic pavilions, scenic overlooks, a downhill bike HUB, an all-weather bike launch pad and kids skills area, an amphitheater adjacent to the lake, and food truck spaces.

We want to thank the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and the Commissioners of the Caddo Levee District for their partnership in providing the almost 550 acres that comprise 1North Adventure Trails. We hope you enjoy the rolling hills, scenic views, wooded landscape and peaceful atmosphere.
